{9} December Daily ~ Realities

Hi Sweet Friends,

The days are drawing nearer and nearer
To Christmas

Have you gotten everything done
Are you able to stop and truly enjoy the season
I do pray you are not over loaded and burdened with
A long list of To Do's

The reality is that during this
~ The most wonderful time of the year ~
We tend to over commit
And find ourselves enjoying less and less

Please take time to
Know His Presence
During the season

Now,
Another reality is

I was doing so well on my healthy eating plan
And I had lost 60 pounds
But the events of the past 2 months
Have pushed me to making very poor choices
And the weight is slowly coming back on

SO

YEP
I ordered my NS meals again
I'm praying it will help me get back on track
And get some of those 'stress' pounds back off

Please don't forget to go HERE
And enter my drawing which will be held
Thursday morning
The above items will go to the first name drawn

And because I love giving
The above towel and frame
Will go to the second name drawn

And the above towel and frame
Will go to the third name drawn

So
Make sure you have entered
Because I Want to send a gift to YOU

May you Enjoy The Beauty That Is Christmas

  1. Cindy, I know the pain of losing and gaining...it is something lots of us go through. Stress is an awful thing. I will pray you succeed in losing to your desired weight. I think it always helps if we have a friend to encourage us...or go along with us on our journey. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  3. You are such a giver, especially the gift of yourself.

  4. Sometimes the gaining is because of a loss, if you know what I MEAN. do not give up and be true to yourself. Do not let little setbacks get you down.

  5. I pray that you will do well with your continued weight loss.

Hang in there and just take things one day at a time.

  6. Hi Cindy, I think we all get off our healthy eating with all the goodies around. Sugar and high calorie treats creep in. Your discipline to get back on track is commendable and I know you will succeed. One day at a time and keep moving. I'll be doing the same right with you!!
Thanks again for the generous giveaway. Lovely gifts!
Have a special day my friend. xo

  7. Good for you Cindy to try and get back on track. Even with my surgery and losing weight I am struggling with stress eating too. So I feel your pain! Weight is such a big struggle. Just glad you are trying to get back on track. This is such a hard time of year to do this too. Have a great day today.
    Love and hugs. Kris

  8. I'm just an eater...don't need stress to make me eat more than I should. Hooray for you to go forward. I haven't tired that plan, does it work for you?
May you feel God's love and be blessed today!
    warmly,
    deb

  9. Yes, I feel it is necessary sometimes to STOP and remember the reason for the season! It's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of activities and get overly stressed. You are a brave lady to diet during Christmas time but it's also a smart one! You'll be on track while the rest of us will suffer in January. Ha! My SIL uses that company (I think) for her diet. She said she was back on it too.
