The Secret to a
Three hour nap
This nana has learned
That keeping her home cool (76 degrees)
dark (curtains closed)
and quiet (soft music or golf)
has given me 2-3 quiet hours on Thursday afternoons
To get lots of work done
Or
To just take a nap when my little K~Bel does
I love Thursdays
But
In just 2 weeks
They will change for sure ......
Cool, dark and quiet. Yes, definitely, but I think I would spontaneously combust at 76 degrees. In our house, 'cool' means around 69 or 70, which is where we keep our temps all the time.

Oh my goodness, Leah, I think I would freeze at that temp. And then when I have to go out into the 100+ it would just suck the life out of me. ;)
