Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello to all my bloggy friends and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I have been on a semi-hiatus from blogging due to travel, medical test and holidays but I wanted to say that this year I am thankful for all of you. You have journeyed with me through some tough spots this past few months and you have been so faithful to pray. I am a blessed woman!

I hope to get caught up on everybody's blog this weekend.

I have 4 days off work and am looking forward to relaxing with my hubby.

Our youngest son is going away with a friends family so we will again have an empty nest!

Though I am awaiting results of some biopsys I am feeling healthy and strong.

I have several bloggy friends who are not so healthy just now and in honor of them I would like to share their blogs with you.

It would be a joy to me if you would take a few minutes to stop by these blogs and encourage their families as they face health trials.

We are sisters and friends in the Lord and it is always an honor to pray for each other.

Cindy Summers is battling breast cancer.

DeeDee Sharon is battling breast cancer.

Nicki has a tumor behind one eye.

Lee's brother in law Buddy in battling cancer.

Cindy is battling lymphoma.

Amy's husband is battling kidney transplant rejection.

Thank you for praying for these special friends.

If you would like me to add you to my daily prayer list
I would be honored to pray for you and your family.

Considering It All Joy,

  1. Thank you dear friend for including Buddy on this list. He had his 2nd chemo treatment today and it went well.

It means so much to have people praying.

I will check out the other blogs and pray hard. Of course, I'm already praying for Cindy Summers.

I'm also praying that the results of your tests will turn out fine and that God will hold your hand the whole way through. Enjoy your empty nest!

  2. How thoughtful of you to dedicate your Thanksgiving post to the needs of others. I will join you in prayer and also visit their blogs. So glad to get to know you and that you're not very far away. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

  3. Did you know that Debbie and I sat in the same section at Women of Faith??? The lady with Luci Swindoll on Debbie's Women of Faith post is my friend Marlene that got us the great tickets. SMALL WORLD! The three of us need to do lunch.

Well, the dressing is in the oven, the green bean bundles wrapped in bacon are in a holding pattern waiting for their turn, and the Gratitude Corn is in the microwave. Ready for a yummy feast!

    Have a sweet day, Lee

  4. Thank you so much for including Amy! That means a lot.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

  5. Thanks for including me in your prayer list! Surgery went great and I am at home with my family! I'll know more on Monday, but for now, I am rejoicing! Happy Thanksgving!

  6. Thank you for sharing these prayer requests.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  7. Thank you for sharing these serious prayer concerns and for reminding us that health is something we should be grateful for. I'm anxious to hear that you received good test results yourself. Hope you have a restful, peaceful weekend!

  10. Happy Belated Thanksgiving to you! I've been out of pocket also and very behind in blogging:)

Praying your tests results will be fine.
