Consider it pure joy, my friends, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4

Confessions Of A...

This is the email I sent to my good friend today!

I cannot tell you what is wrong with me...

'Cuz I don't know...

But...

I have nearly single handedly eaten an entire box of entenmanns glazed donut holes...

In one day...

And...

Worse than that...

I didn't buy them...

Or bring them to work...

Someone else did... And...

I didn't even ask...

I just ate...

These are the confessions...

Of a junk-food...

Sweet addictied...

Food-aholic...

ARGH!!!!!!!

:o(

I think I share your problem. Mine just happened to be M&M's instead of donuts. Hope you are doing well. No sugar crashes!!! Blessings my friend.

I think I'd be right there eating them with you...they are addicting. I buy them when the boys are home so I don't get that many!!!

I SOOO understand you. I think in the last month I've eaten more chips than in the rest of my entire life...particularly BBQ chips. I've eaten more donuts: boxed, bakery, etc. I've eaten more twizzlers. However, I'm praying for a change. My cholestrol is higher than I want. Over 200 by way too much. I've started a medicine and will take it for 4-6 months that can easily make my cholestrol and triglycerides go up. After my doc appt this week, I've really scared myself and made myself determined to eat better. I hope to exercise more which will lower the bad LDL but it won't increase the good HDL. I've ridden my bike three times in the last week. I even bought a new cushy bike seat today for $20. I even want to go ride again today to test it out but I have to push mow and it's still about 90 degrees.

I had a Baby Ruth from the machine at work last week. Oh my, talk about delish...

Ha! We really don't have to start confessing things now do we? Just because you did, doesn't mean I have to I hope!
I am now feeling so guilty....about my Jujy Fruit addiction!
