Oh, I am SO excited for a friend of mine!!
Two years ago I met Cindy Summers through this blog just after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I, as well as a few other wonderful women, became prayer buddies for her and have journeyed with her as she went through surgeries, chemo and numerous other tests and treatments.
I am so happy to report that she is doing well and on the road to total healing.
Cindy is an Army Wife. He sweet hubby is Mike and has been a super support to her through this incredible journey as well as her beautiful three little girls.
The reason I am posting tonight is that we all just got word that Cindy has been chosen to play a role on the popular TV show Army Wives! **Woot Woot**
We are all so excited to see this Blessing happen for such a courageous young woman. I am also letting you know that Cindy has started "Cindy's Hope Chest" to help benefit other women fighting breast cancer. She has been holding fund raisers and all proceeds go directly to bless others while they are walking their own journey.
I hope you will stop by Cindy's blog and sent her a word of encouragement and congratulations!

Awesome post! WOW can't wait to meet your friend through the series and pleeeease keep us posted on all she does. Just being an Army Wife is honor enough in my books. Been there, done that and I LOVE our military. Praise God for her healing and so thankful for how she reaches out to others. Blessings my friend!
