HOPE!

"For God so loved the world that HE gave HIS one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

Today, I am so grateful that our eternity is not based on a 'stimulus' package or any other worldly choices that may be made.

Today, I am so thankful that our life on earth is momentary and we have HOPE of a perfect future in Christ Jesus.

Today, while our economy is fragile at best and people are losing hope in the world's system, I am grateful that we can offer true and lasting HOPE in Jesus Christ.

Today, I am wondering how many people I will take to heaven with me.

What about you?

Considering It All Joy!

  1. Isn't it so true that our lives here are but momentary in the grand scheme of eternity. I hear people talking about the economy everywhere I go...great opportunity for God to do some stirring up and get His people going to pray/work in a revival

  2. So much for which to be thankful for sure.

Oh, that questions always hits at the core of me and convicts me of not witnesses to others. We have to witnesses: how we live our live and what we directly share about the Lord.

Thanks for reminding me to be thankful for there is so much...

  6. You are so right on the mark! GOD knows and is ultimately in charge no matter who is in power.

The scriptures testify that it is our GOD who gives even the worst of leaders in the world the power.

We may not understand all that now..but we know what we have been called to while we are just exiles here...our home is more than we can imagine!

    Love in HIM,
    Teri

  7. Great post. It's so funny that I wrote about heaven today to post tomorrow. I'm finding we are all starting to have "birthing pains" for whatever is to come. I can't wait to go to heaven.
